Moving Up to Digital Photography: The Basics

Tuesday, October 21.  7:00 pm. 

If you want to make the move from film to digital photography and need some help getting started, we welcome you to sign up for this class. We will cover the basics of shooting, printing, downloading to your computer, editing and e-mailing your digital photos. The class will include hands-on activities. Computer experience is a must. Space is limited so registration is required. Please bring your camera and USB cable and be ready to move up to digital!

 

Watercolor Painting Demonstration

Tuesday, October 28.  7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. 

We are pleased to offer a Watercolor Demonstration by local artist Doris Schwint, a graduate of the Parsons School of Design and an award-winning illustrator and artist. In the demonstration, Doris Schwint will develop a large watercolor painting, starting with an outline drawing and explaining composition, color theory, contrast, textures and other details as she works. Winter Floral Design Workshop

Tuesday, December 2.  7:00 pm. 

Get ready for the holidays! Join us for a Winter Floral Design Workshop. Rosemary Allen of Design Inspirations will demonstrate how to create a beautiful Winter Tablescape with fresh evergreens, mini carnations, white mums, babies breath, pine cones, ribbons and berries. She will share tips on design and assist each person in creating his or her own Winter Tablescape. Registration is required.
